We prepare and submit the building permit (AHJ) and the utility interconnection application. Actual AHJ and utility application fees are passed through at cost only if we pay them; if the utility bills the fee on the homeowner's next bill, we charge nothing extra. Because the permit is opened in our company name, we must close it out with a final inspection – an inspection (below) is required with this service. Requires the Design & Engineering Package or plans we approve.
