Survey crew captures roof photos & measurements, attic photos & measurements for PE review, main service disconnect, main service panel, meter and breaker box photos, a hand-drawn site map, and extra requirements (e.g., trenching). Second design consultation within 72 hours of the survey to confirm placements and flag upgrades (MSP upgrade / full service upgrade). Engineering drafts the plan set; PE electrical and structural stamps are obtained once the design is confirmed (an extra consultation is added if engineering changes the layout). Delivered: permit-ready and interconnection-ready plans plus BOM/BOS. Includes one revision (new stamps + updated BOM/BOS) if the AHJ or utility rejects the plans.
