Please complete the uploads below. In order to qualify, we need the following information from you AND if you have a co-borrower, please upload their information too.

• Photo of the front and back of Identification (Drivers License, Passport, etc)

• Proof of home ownership (title, warranty deed, property tax statement, County Appraisal District printout, etc)

• Proof of income

• two months of most recent paystubs, OR

• two years tax returns for self employed OR

• three months bank statements for people on a fixed income AND proof of source of income (declaration page of social security)

• One electricity bill

• 12 months of electricity usage

• Voided Check or Bank Account Letter (not require for pre-qualification, but will be required to close)
